马崟,香港岭南大学社会学与社会政策博士,北京大学高等教育学硕士,兰州大学理学学士(生命科学与技术国家级基地班),英国牛津大学赫特福德学院访问学者。现任兰州大学哲学社会学院教授。兼任教育部全国高校毕业生就业创业研究工作专家、教育部学生服务与素质发展中心工作专家、甘肃省人力资源和社会保障厅就业创业领域特聘专家(2023—2028年),入选甘肃省“陇原青年”英才。曾获甘肃省第十七次哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖。现任SSCI一区期刊《Career Development International》副主编、SSCI一区与A&HCI期刊《Humanities & Social Sciences Communications》副主编,并担任教育社会学顶级期刊《British Journal of Sociology of Education》编委。主要研究领域包括高等教育、职业与生涯发展、青年就业与劳动力市场、教育政策等。近年来围绕大学生就业能力、可持续职业发展、体面劳动、青年流动、高等教育国际化以及数字技术与劳动市场变迁等议题开展研究。相关成果发表于《Studies in Higher Education》《Higher Education》《Technological Forecasting and Social Change》《Higher Education Research & Development》《Education & Training》《Journal of Career Assessment》《Journal of Career Development》《Educational Review》《Asia Pacific Education Review》等顶级期刊。两篇论文入选ESI全球前1%高被引论文。

      招生意向

个人原则上每年招收1名社会学专业全日制硕士研究生和若干名社会工作专业硕士研究生。有意报考者请提前通过电子邮件联系。

品德要求:乐观开朗、正直诚实、做事认真,具有责任意识和团队合作精神。无论学术能力如何,品行都是录取和培养过程中最重要的考察标准。

中文能力要求:具有良好的中文阅读和写作能力,能够按照中文语法规范和学术写作要求完成研究任务。

英文能力要求:能够阅读英文文献,并愿意在研究过程中持续提升英文写作与学术交流能力。

专业能力要求:对高等教育、职业与生涯发展、青年就业、劳动力市场、社会政策或相关研究领域具有浓厚兴趣;具备基本的社会科学研究方法训练,有量化研究经验者优先。生活中倡导平等、友善和相互尊重,学习和研究方面则强调严谨、自律和持续投入。
